Mr. Marvin K. William obtained his first degree in August, 2009 (BBA) Bachelor of Business Administration degree In Accounting, Stella Maris Polytechnic; In September 2014 , he obtained his (MBA) Master of Business Administration degree in Finance, Cuttington Graduate School and Professional Studies, Congo Town, Monrovia, Liberia. From 2016-2018 (MPA) Master of Public Administration Graduating Candidate in Public Sector Management, Cuttington Graduate School and Professional Studies; August, 2008 Advanced diploma in Accounting, Stella Maris Polytechnic, Monrovia, Liberia; August, 2007 Certificate in Statistics, University of Liberia Capitol Hill, Monrovia, Liberia; October, 1999 Diploma in Business Administration , amongst others.
Prior to his appointment as Deputy Director for revenue, Mr. William served as Senior Budget

Deputy Director William heads the Revenue Unit of the LBO. This department conducts research and provides analysis on tax policy, tax measures, revenue estimates and forecast.
